timing test run on buildbot

Vincent, is there a machine that could run 
bzr selftest --subunit > tests.log
and archive the tests.log each time

It needs to not use --parallel, because I haven't taught the
concurrency-folding code to preserve intervals properly.

This would be useful for making some ongoing reports of test timing
data.
