Yes; for this perhaps a comment in the wiki - I'd actually like to see
the wiki page become machine updated. Or something. I agree we need a
url somewhere to bootstrap the process.

I think it should be community editable, so that the editor doesn't need
to do anything to get new plugins added.

Well, this one is fairly solvable ;P - submit patches, and pull from a
patched branch until they are accepted ;).
