Problem pushing to Launchpad

[Russel Winder]

I am trying to push an update to a branch on Launchpad, but I am
getting:

bzr: ERROR: Server sent an unexpected error: ('error', "Cannot lock LockDir(lp-46086288:///~russel/gradle/anttask/.bzr/branchlock): File exists: u'/srv/bazaar.launchpad.net/push-branches/00/03/b7/f0/.bzr/branch/lock': [Errno 17] File exists: '/srv/bazaar.launchpad.net/push-branches/00/03/b7/f0/.bzr/branch/lock'")

If anyone has a hint as to how to deal with this, that would be great.
