Problem pushing to Launchpad

Aha, I should have thought of that, thanks for the prompt.
Unfortunately:

So it seems that something somewhere has severed appropriate connections
between locks and branches.

It isn't what you might call entirely informative, is it :-)

Hopefully you had a good evening at the Warwick Arms last week.  I had
fully intended to be there, but, as the saying goes s*** happens.  I am
sorry I missed meeting up with Tim, yourself and the others.  Hopefully
next time.
