AsserionError when running 'bzr check'

Hi

I am trying to upgrade my repository from 1.14 to 2a. I upgraded the repo on 
my server using the process in the guide and it worked without problem. 
Now I want to upgrade my repo on my development PC.

When I run bzr check I get the following:
bzr: ERROR: exceptions.AssertionError: entry xxxxx has no data for any tree. 

And bzr stops and says to report a bug.

I tried bzr reconcile and it runs without any complaints but afterward check 
gives the same exception

Is this a known bug, and should I report it?
