Nested branches?

I'm new to Bazaar; I'm wondering about the state (or possibility) of
nested branches.

Specifically, I'm thinking about putting my entire home directory (on
Windows) under version control using Bazaar. Under my home directory
though, there exist several project-specific folders that already
contain unrelated Bazaar branches.

What would happen if I created a Bazaar branch that happened to
contain (under a subfolder), another unrelated branch? Is this
supported under Tortoise?
