Status of answers.launchpad.net ?

"answers.launchpad.net/bzr"   is mentioned in the channel topic when
connecting to
the #bzr channel on irc, and it is invoked by Bazaar Explorer using
Help / Get Help Online...

But it isn't listed as a source of support at http://bazaar-vcs.org/BzrSupport

Is that by policy, or is it simply an oversight? (I could understand
if the core developers
and supporters wanted to limit the number of interrupt sources they
had to service: keeping
an eye on irc AND the mailing lists AND bugs must at times be quite
overwhelming?)

I'll happily tweak the wiki to add this if required, but not if people
don't want to draw
attention to it.
