No, just take one letter of Išvykti, no need to stick to English choice.
And as Stephen says, it is better to look at existing applications to take a common
shortcut. For example, in Windows, look at WordPad, Notepad, Paint menus. Although they
are not necessarily consistent... But that's a start. That's also why I named top-level
menus like I did (Fichier, Affichage, Options...).

But I am not sure if it is in the Netiquette. And I saw precedents.

Not on Windows at least. Indeed, Bazaar Explorer defines them only for menus.
But I just tried: I took the Options dialog (the one I am sure to be native to Explorer,
not to QBzr), and I added shortcuts to the check box labels and the combo box labels, and
they worked as expected: toggling state of check boxes, putting focus on combo boxes.
