Need help on bazaar..

So bzr doesn't like the format of one of your configuration files. Maybe
there's some junk in there or the content isn't encoded as it expects?

As the error isn't occurring on other commands, I'll assume bazaar.conf
is ok for now. I'd check .bzr/branch/branch.conf as a starting point.
