Any ex ClearCase or VSS users out there?

I'm an ex VSS user. I'll have to get it installed and running to
refresh my memory on some of the small points though. So if there is
any one else who is a more current user, I'll be very happy to oblige.

One of the most import thing to explain to a VSS user is the
difference between the VSS workflow of "checkout-edit-checkin" and the
DVCS workflow of "edit-commit-merge-commit" and why that is better.
http://www.ericsink.com/scm/scm_checkins.html explains this quite
well, but I unless we get permission from Eric, copying is not a
option.
