Graphs in qlog and qannotate (was Re: Any ex ClearCase or VSS users out there?)

Please not that the graph in qannotate FILE may not be the same as the
graph in qlog FILE. in qannotate, it only show the revisions in the
annotate. E.g. if you have a revision that changes every line in a
file, then the revisions before this won't show in qannotate. This is
like this for performance reasons. I guess it is a bug.
