Win32 2.0.1 and 2.1.0b1 available [was Re: What's still needed to build the Windows 2.0.1 installers?]

belatedly, because I think John has already ack'd this, I can confirm
that Windows Add/Remove of Bazaar leaves a few things in Plugins such
as webdav, depend and extmerge which I have installed myself. But no
sign of rebase. (I've repeated the Remove and Setup.exe cycle with the
same result.)
