nit picking bzr-migration-docs

I read again the why-switch-to-bazaar and nit picked it with one reader's (my) 
opinion. Added one '.', deleted one word in why-switch-to-bazaar.txt. Here is 
the diff:

Looking at the branch in my home directory, clicked diff and commit.  It looks 
as if this loaded into your branch.  Hope it is not a nuissance...

I want to translate the doc to Lithuanian. If I create a directory "lt", next 
to "en", copy all the stuff from "en" to "lt" and change  contents of "why-
switch-to-bazaar.txt" into Lithuanian, will that do the translation?
