It means that 'svn.yandex.ru' is Subversion 1.6.5 and the svn libraries
in your copy of bzr-svn are only 1.5.
If you are using the Windows pre-built binaries, there is an open bug
about upgrading the bundled version to svn 1.6.5. And a full explanation
of why it hasn't happened yet.
