I means no one maintaining Python 2.4 on Windows.
Python 2.4.5 and 2.4.6 have some security fix but Windows binary
wasn't released.
On Linux distribution like Redhat, distributor supports their Python package.
So I think Python 2.4 on Windows is too outdated.
But if cost of building and supporting bzr-win32-py2.4.exe is small enough,
I have no reason to drop supporting it.
