So I thought Martin changed the download link to point at
'https://launchpad.net/~bzr/+download'

Though looking at those pages it still shows
  http://bazaar-vcs.org/Download

And, of course, we've been mutating that download page so the actual
download links are no longer there (they are on sub-pages grouped by
platform.)

I'll see what I can do to fix that up.
