I want to back port the fix for
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/qbzr/0.14/+bug/417809 (dialogs don't
save their size when you press esc)

I thought about it - I want to get some of the new code I have written
out. So I'll do 0.16 on Sunday. I have some quite exciting stuff for
moves and renames that I still need to land into trunk.
