Doc website branches

I *think* the new documentation website is now all up, automated, and
working well at <http://doc.bazaar-vcs.org/>.  There are some things
people can do to help though:

 * Look for any broken links (there probably are some; I've not yet
run an automatic checker.)
 * Translate either the navigation pages or any of the content
 * Point out inaccuracies in or send corrections for any of the content pages

Also, in looking at the logs for this page, I see that one of the most
popular pages is the GNOME visual tour, done by Ian and OldAl.  Way to
go!
