[ANN] QBzr-Eclipse 0.11 released

I'm pleased to announce a new release of QBzr-Eclipse. This release is
just a bug fix release and fixes a rather bad performance problem
introduced in 0.10.

* Bug 481807 - NullPointerException sometimes thrown when refactoring in
Eclipse.

* Bug 483496 - When importing projects a 'bzr is-ignored' command is
executed for each file.
  Now we execute a single 'bzr ls --ignored --recursive' command and
parse the output.
