But isn't all of this due to format-foogling?  In the long run (when
we're all dead, per Keynes, or I should hope, merely after the
middlegame, per Tarrasch), when looms have landed Launchpad will
understand loom-format branches, and this "and now for something
completely different" feeling will go away.  No?  Robert?
