Upgrading bzr-builder and bzr-builddeb to 2a

Hi,

As per the upgrading guide I am notifying you that I will be upgrading
bzr-builder and bzr-builddeb on LP to 2a one week from today.

If you grabbed the former recently then you will also have to change
the saved parent to follow further development. (bzr pull --remember
lp:bzr-builder when you see my notice that I did the upgrade.)

On a meta-note: this is not a good experience. The stacking effects
plus the rich-root change exacerbate an already frustrating experience
around format mismatches. In addition to this, I cannot possibly contact
everyone that has a copy of the branch, and expecting them to do some
work just to follow development seems wrong. Yes, I appreciate all the
benefits the change brings to us, but those of us who have been loyally
using bzr for some time get a raw deal out of the change. I hope that
any future format changes will avoid these issues.
