I'm yet to read the thread though doing so has been on my TODO list for
a week now. Thinking out loud, it might be nice if we had a

  Using Bazaar with GNU Savannah

tutorial that was pretty explicit about recommended setups and
processes. Are there many GNU projects using Bazaar with Savannah now?
Perhaps we could harvest their experience? Or is Emacs so large that
it's a different kettle of fish?
