Of course, that doesn't mean Bazaar is actually usable by modern
standards for those projects yet:

Admittedly, this being Savannah, "due to maintenance downtime" is
altogether plausible, but probably not.

How do grub and gnash use Bazaar with Savannah?  Is it the primary
repository, or just a mirror of CVS?  If the latter, is there a
bidirectional automated gateway, or do the Bazaar users' patches have
to be manually moved to CVS?
