Okay. The things you're asking for seem to require a combination of good
Bazaar technical knowledge *and* established trust in the Savannah
administration. Who do we know has that combination of qualifications?

Heh. For those who don't know, RMS is famously outspoken against cell
phones, not least because they are a form of corporate-controlled
surveillance. He certainly doesn't use one himself.

Thanks. That at least seems a tangible target, with a well-defined skill
set required to attain; I trust your account that it is a useful focus
of attention and effort.
