Bazaar Explorer trunk now upgraded to 2a format

The Bazaar Explorer trunk has now been upgraded to 2a format. If you're
using pull to keep your copy in ~/.bazaar/plugins up to date, please
delete your current branch and grab the latest trunk.

If you're developing changes for Bazaar Explorer, grab the latest trunk
into a new local repo and migrate your local branches across. See
