I think it's almost certainly easier to do anonymous SSH; the infrastructure is
basically already there.  It mainly needs a fairly simple tweak to the custom SSH
server's authentication logic, I think.  Perhaps I should dust off my Launchpad
hacking skills...

There's already infrastructure to run Python WSGI apps on those branches too I
guess, for loggerhead, so it might not be harder to do that, but it feels less
sure to me.  I would like to see bzr+http enabled, because dogfooding it would
be a good way to shake out any issues it still has, but that's for bzr's benefit
rather than Launchpad's.
