Default performance of 'lp:foo' URLs

My bad.

I got 2.9 seconds for squid and 2 seconds for one of my servers (I'm in 
Japan, server is in the US).
So yeah... *finds corner to hide in* ...

Doesn't tell me the actual time difference in real bzr use though....
