Since Boost has its own license, it doesn't invoke GPL, but rather
could conflict with it.  However the Boost license is a rather
standard permissive license for everything except sublicensing, so I
doubt it would conflict with GPL distribution.

You'd have to ask a lawyer to be reasonably sure, of course, and I
ain't one.
