2.0.3?

I think patch pilots or other mentors should help people starting on a
bug work out whether it can/should be fixed in 2.0 or not.

In general if a bug can be fixed in 2.0, we should start the branch
out from there even if it's later only merged to trunk.

If people want to backport some of the trunk changes to 2.0 (post
2.0.4) that's fine.  There's no obligation to do this if you don't
think it's the most important thing to do.

I don't think it's realistic to target bugs to 2.0 ahead of someone
contemplating work on them because it will just make a lot of noise.

To me the order of priorities is

 1- no known critical bugs in 2.0
 2- avoid regressions or breakage in 2.0
 3- fix other bugs in 2.0

If we achieve the first two and we don't do quite as much of the third
as we could have, I'm still happy.
