2.1.0b4-3 and 2.0.3-3 are being uploaded now. This should fix:
1) PyCrypto is now patched so that startup times should be improved when
'time.time()' has low resolution.
2) Readline is now properly included again. (Seems not only did I have a
broken pycrypto install, I also had a broken pyreadline install.
'readline' was there, but 'pyreadline' was not...)
I did do a bit of quick testing to make sure this is true, but it is
good to get people testing it on platforms that show the issues.
