2.0.4 and 2.1.0rc1 are scheduled to be released Jan 21st, which is when
we'll build official snapshots and packages. There are nightly builds
available from
https://edge.launchpad.net/~bzr-nightly-ppa/+archive/ppa

I'm sure those have Ubuntu packages, I'm not sure if those have a
specific debian version.
