FWIW, I've seen a similar issue too. The memory usage was high (maybe
600MB), but we had plenty of memory free on the system. I don't think
it was an out-of-memory error on my system... it was an access
violation (segfault). Not sure why though. Any attempt of mine to
try and debug it has failed horribly. :-(
