Trouble downloading Windows installer

I'm having trouble downloading the Windows installer (bzr-2.1.1-setup.exe)
from https://launchpad.net/bzr/+dowload this morning.  It gets to 799KB of
18.6MB and stalls.

Just thought someone should know...
