Clarification on some jargon...

Urg, please, no.  We have enough terminological confusion going around
without sending out search teams to discover more.

init creates a _branch_.  That branch MAY also have a colocated
working tree, and MAY also have a colocated repository, depending on
various external factors.  But those are ancillary to its purpose of
creating a new empty _branch_.
