If you log into the machine that host the repo, and 'cd
/path/to/repo/db/revs', you should see one of two things.  Either
their is a long list of files, or there is a list of directories.
Either way, look for a file named '8549', copy it off somewhere and
email it to me, if it isn't too large.  Otherwise, if you can find a
place to host it, I can go download it too.
