QBzrEclipse is a dead project?

It appears that http://qbzreclipse.tribalo.com.ar/ is a dead URL and yet
all routes to information about where to get QBzrEclipse point to this
location.

I know the Launchpad page (https://launchpad.net/qbzr-eclipse) has a
tarball of 0.10 but this is Eclipse so people don't download tarballs
and install them (only NetBeans people are prepared to descend to that
activity ;-), they expect to have an update site that they can point the
Eclipse updating system at.

Of course BzrEclipse is better anyway -- he said behaving a bit like a
troll . . .
