Resources for quick acquisition of Bazaar for busy Subversion-users

Howdy all,
In my current job position I'm in a fortunate situation: a team of
smart Python programmers open to modern ways of doing things, but still
learning about them.
Having shown off the good things I can do with Bazaar working with the
existing Subversion repository, and boasting of more that awaits them,
the time will soon come when I have to put my reputation on the line and
actually teach these folks how to use Bazaar.
I don't want to blow this; we'll have a short window of time when I can
ask them to be temporarily confused and less productive in order for the
unfamiliar DVCS workflows to take hold.
Management will tolerate this for a short time, but any small amount of
complaint about the new ways will likely result in us sticking with
Subversion for a long time to come, and that's a collaborative burden I
don't want.
What should be my approach? What resources should I use to teach these
programmers quickly to use Bazaar effectively?
