Aaron, I want to ask you because you have implemented shelve/unshelve in
bzr core. For q-GUI we don't need `shelve --list` I think, and we need
only qunshelve window which allows user to select shelf for unshelve,
like that image show http://dl.dropbox.com/u/16802579/shelvelist.png.
What do you think? I vaguely remember there was long discussion about
where the appropriate place for `shelve --list` but I don't remember all
details.
