[RFH] Rework Bazaar Explorer + QBzr to use separate process for bzr operations and main process only as GUI presenter

OK, I've marked such bugs with tag "multiprocess":

There are several kind of bugs which (I think) requires multi-process
approach to fix. I suppose some of them could be fixed in the
different way, but some like keep persistent connection to server or
famous TooManyConcurentRequests cannot be fixed without separate
worker process in my opinion because explorer spawn separate processes
for gui dialogs.
