Cessation of support for jaunty & karmic in *beta* PPA

Given that we've now stopped support for hardy in the beta PPA, I'd like
to propose also dropping jaunty and karmic from the *beta* PPA only at
this point.

Both releases are already past their official EOL, so I think the need
for beta packages for them should be pretty non-existent at this point.

If anyone is actually using the beta PPA on jaunty/karmic, please speak up!
