I actually did a Launchpad patch the other week that attempts to
silence mail about successful builds.  I think it will go out in the
next major deployment (ie within a month or so).

Jono has a nice demo of bug mail management in
<http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Cxs9OHIBcs#t=17m44s> but at this time
it is only for bug mail, not other types of notification.
