[Reminder] 2.4b5 is the new target for bugs and news entries

Hi all,

This is just to remind patch pilots and people able to land patches via
pqm to double-check the news entries.

Pending proposals are currently adding news entries in the 2.4b4
section, make sure to tweak before landing.

Yes, this should be automated, but in the mean time, keep on open eye ;)
