bzr babune/oneiric build now up

Vincent set up an Ubuntu Oneiric build in Babune:

There are currently a few test failures, and I think gz has already
put up a couple of fixes.

It's also nice to see spiv's recent test suite improvement dropped the
run time by about 10%.
