[ANN] bzr 2.4.0 has gone gold

Hi,

We discovered a critical bug (http://pad.lv/826946) while the installers
and packages were being built and decided to delay the official
announcement.

Part of these discussions happened on IRC, the summary is that the bug
is now fixed and bzr-svn 1.1.0 has been released.

Please build packages and installers so we can officially announce
2.4.0.

Feel free to either do a -2 installer or wait for 2.4.1 to catch up with
bzr-svn.
