Another machine with the same major version (and 32bit) Python
interpreter should do. It would certainly be more convenient to ship
binaries, but I'm not sure what kind of packaging would make sense.
Generally, people who want to customise their Bazaar installation are
better off installing Python first then adding Bazaar and whatever
plugins they want, rather than using the all-in-one installer.
