PPA status summary

With the recent releases, now seemed like a good time to send out a PPA
status summary:

The release and beta PPAs are all up to date with Debian
unstable/experimental for lucid through oneiric, with the following
exceptions:

* The latest bzr-git seems to have a mysterious test failure on lucid
and maverick.

* bzr-builddeb is not in great shape, with failing tests in natty, and
even more failing tests on maverick and lucid.

So: some issues, but generally good.
