As a design decision Launchpad doesn't distinguish between objects
that don't exist under that name (which clearly should be 404),
objects that have been deleted and objects you're not allowed to see.

The idea is that being able to confirm is a ~gnu-microsoft-acquisition
team (not really) would be an information leak even if you're not
allowed to see the contents of it.  The drawback is that it's quite
confusing to people and robots.

I think this is not a good tradeoff, at least in the case of bugs
(where the fact a bug <N_MAX exists is no secret), but there it is.

Also a bug, but one I think may be fixed soon so that project admins
can see everything:
