FTBFS of dulwich in ~bzr PPA (lucid,maverick)

This turns out to be some problem when attempting to do a get fetch from
a dulwich server.  As this particular feature of Dulwich is not very
relevant for bzr-git's usage of it, I've worked around it by deleting
the problem tests (both in dulwich and one in bzr-git which also tickled
the problem).
