looking for maintainers for my plugins

I don't have the time to maintain my bzr plugins anymore; I think they
are largely? all? team accessible in terms of bug tracker and trunk
etc. However if they aren't please let me know - and please don't wait
for me to merge things or triage bugs - I won't be doing that :)

I'm still available if there are questions about design or whatnot
that whomever decides to step up needs answered.
