Beginners problem - encrypted folders

First time I am using basaar on a debian server with debian 8 and linux on a workstation. Everythink works like expected.
Right now I have a problem and question. I like to store enrypted files and folders - encrypted with encfs from my working machine to my server.
As soon as I try to commit new files and folders, one folder is interpreted as a function from baazar, the folder starts with -e345445jks66that let bazaar starts to build a loop by trying to import that folder again and again. Looks like -e is a command for bazaar?

Is there a way to avoid this problem, encfs is creating long and strange file and folder names. I want to be sure not to run into problems later on and 
I can't commit my files right now.
